- Notification of Acceptance/Rejection - early submissions: January 8, 2010
- Final Submission: March 01, 2010
- Early Registration ends: March 31, 2010
- Regular registration fee period begins April, 2010.
- At least one author of an accepted paper must be registered by March 31, 2010
- Late registration fees period begins May 1, 2010.
- Conference begins with Workshops Sunday May 16, 2010.
- Conference ends at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday May 18, 2010.
